Neumus è coinvolto con altre aziende partner nel progetto “GenHAPI”, che si pone l’obiettivo di integrare un Assistente AI (chatbot) nel caso d’uso di un sistema legacy, offrendo servizi evoluti all’utente, sia di assistenza nella navigazione dell’applicazione, che di risposta previa interazione diretta con l’applicazione stessa.

L’impegno di Neumus prevede lo studio di una serie di misure di mitigazione del rischio sulle componenti del nuovo sistema, per realizzare una postura idonea di cybersecurity (con soluzioni per la sicurezza degli asset digitali immateriali e materiali), garantendo al contempo la piena conformità al quadro normativo applicabile alle tipologie di informazioni trattate nel sistema.
